Search for the seed of good in every adversity. Master that principle and you will own a precious shield that will guard you well through all the darkest valleys you must traverse. Stars may be seen from the bottom of a deep well, when they cannot be discerned from the mountaintop. So will you learn things in adversity that you would never have discovered without trouble. There is always a seed of good. Find it and prosper.

The human experience is wrought with mistakes. In our limited understanding
& ability we all too often cause pain, confusion and turmoil not only in
our own life but in the lives around us.
When our interactions with others results in pain we often fall prey to self-condemnation, guilt, shame, and remorse. When others are the source of
the pain, we tend to focus our thoughts on judgment & condemnation.
The only antidote for the poison contained in these reactions is forgiveness,
for it cleanses and heals all wounds.
There are two primary keys to living in forgiveness:
One, is to recognize & accept the truth that as human beings we will inevitably fall short of the best we are capable of (all of us).
Two, is to always learn from our errors and determine that they will not be repeated.
In this way they gain value becoming jewels gathered on our journey,
upon which we learn, grow and realize our full potential.
